POSTAGE
All UK based orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Signed For.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a 13 digit tracking number
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to ShopVon by PayPal via your account are the same. ShopVon holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
For international orders please allow approx 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Royal Mail can take time getting orders to certain countries.
If this order is for a special occasion, eg. a birthday present, and you require delivery by a certain date please email this address with the relevant information and we will do our best to accommodate.
All prints are wrapped in recycled acid free tissue paper and posted in recycled postal tubes.
All originals are skinned in acid free tissue paper and packaged very safely in foam board.

All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects.
ShopVon is not responsible for any damages incurred by Royal Mail.
Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
